May be your first, but I love it!

That was one of my favorite (and still most easily lodged into my head) songs from Mario 64. Hearing it sung like that, and having the Canadian South Park character model singing was all too priceless. I love your Flash movies, so you're getting onto my favorite authors list! I will definitely be watching for new stuff from you. With your talent, I think you'd be good for the Clock Crew. You'd make a much better member than I have.

RupeeClock responds:

You really think so huh? Hmm, I'll have to think about joining... :)

Brilliant!

I've been kinda drawn to the Numa Numa thing late, but this is a perfect vision of the dance. The sprites were absolutely hilarious!! Luigi's worked the best, and really any of the Superstar Saga stuff works, because all of their expressions were so exaggerated. Every character was pieced in fairly well. Good work.

RupeeClock responds:

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

A lot of you guys seemed to like Luigi eh?

I laughed for a second, I'll admit.

I'll even admit that I sat there and listened to the whole song. I won't admit that it's a good Flash, but it's worth a second of your time if you're incredibly bored or you like compressed music. It's optimized well, but the music quality lacks for that. Still, just watch it. $500 steaks are funny.

I wasn't expecting many people to actually understand it, thank God at least some did. Thanks for the review.

The sequel delivers!

Wow, I actually got a lot of laughs out of that one. The movie was great. You even had RupeeClock in there. Guess that's your clock idea, and it works really well. More smooth sprite goodness, and Tails should have hurt the cucco, those things are so annoying. Anyways, fantastic movie.

RupeeClock responds:

Yes, RupeeClock is my idea, I am considering joining the clock crew. :)
It would've been funny to see Tails hurt the Cucco, foxes have a natural skill of doing stuff with poultry. XD

Thanks for the good review!

This is good stuff!

Figured I'd better see this before I watch the sequel. The movie has some of the smoothest sprite animation I've seen in a long time, a great soundtrack (I knew where every song was from. o_o; Sad.), and a great interface. The humor was okay (a bit lacking) but all of the different references made up for that...and that little hidden scene as well. Great work.

RupeeClock responds:

Heh, thanks!

Oh, and I'm sure you'll particularly enjoy the second one. ;)

That was pretty good.

The voice acting was spot on, the animation was superb, and the humor was fairly good. If you see just one flash animation today, make it this one.

Not bad.

FCAT sucks, but it's a fact of life. Just pass it the first time around (in 10th grade) and you never have to deal with it again...at least, the actual test. I've noticed that teachers just LOVE to shower your work with FCAT references, even if you've already passed. Oh well, nice little animation, though.

Flash ART. At its finest.

You sir, are an example of the kind of people that need to have Flash in addition to other artistic mediums. The epitome of self-expression can be seen through this flash. The music was a truly fitting piece, and all the segments came together to make sense. Before we arrived, we were nothing but the blink of an eye, and dust in the wind. The piece also reminded me of the kinds of themes Renaissance artists strived to achieve in their art. A moving and deep piece of Flash art. Thank you for gracing Newgrounds with this.

Wow, now that's random!

You can't force humor, it has to come naturally. This looks like you did it COMPLETELY off the top of your head. I love it! Nice addition of the F-Zero music. Loved it! This is how you can do random and funny all at once. :D

Once again, a masterpiece.

Perfect use of graphics and music...almost a haromonic unity of both. I love how you used the graphics to complement the sound of the music. This movie was understandable and very enjoyable. Quality and abstract. I love your work!

Clocked in since June of 2002. I'm part of NG's first and most original Crew out there. StrawberryClock is the king of the Portal. Always and forever.
